Site survey & installation plan
Review floor plans, desk positions, existing cabling, internet entry points, cabinet space and device requirements. Map network outlets, access points and installation stages.
Connect the physical systems your office relies on. Plan and coordinate structured cabling, network equipment and device installations around your floor plan, people and everyday work.

Patchwork cabling, unreliable Wi-Fi and devices that cannot communicate slow the whole team down. Whether you are fitting out a new office, relocating or upgrading an existing site, define the physical network and installation plan before equipment arrives.
Combine the right elements for your business. Your proposal defines the precise scope and supported systems.

Review floor plans, desk positions, existing cabling, internet entry points, cabinet space and device requirements. Map network outlets, access points and installation stages.
Coordinate data cabling, outlets, patch panels, cabinet layout and cable management. Include clear labelling and agreed test records so connections can be identified and maintained.
Install and configure agreed network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points. Plan capacity, coverage and separate staff and guest access around the site.
Connect desktops, docking stations, printers, scanners, IP phones and supported office devices. Check access, printing and communication against real working scenarios.
Coordinate on-site server and storage connections, UPS requirements, screens, conferencing equipment and meeting-room network access. Confirm equipment compatibility before installation.
Check agreed network links, Wi-Fi coverage and device connections. Provide a port schedule, equipment inventory and handover notes, with maintenance responsibilities clearly assigned.
Define what will be delivered, how it will be checked and who takes ownership after handover.

The project can cover a new fit-out, office move or staged upgrade. Site access, landlord approvals, supplier lead times and cutover windows are confirmed before work begins.
Data cabling and electrical requirements are identified separately. Any work requiring qualified trades is coordinated with appropriate specialists and explicitly included in the proposal.
Existing devices can be assessed for compatibility, condition and support status. Reuse, replacement and configuration requirements are agreed before installation.
A staged rollout or agreed out-of-hours work can reduce disruption where practical. Access restrictions, expected downtime and testing windows are defined in the installation plan.
Pricing, service hours, lead times, third-party fees and delivery responsibilities are confirmed before work begins. Recommendations depend on your current environment and agreed requirements.
